Ohana. "Ohana means family and no one gets left behind" (Qoute From Lilo and Stich) The whole CKTV class is like a family, which I will tell you about. This class is like an Ohana because we have similar intrerest, are there for each other and bond a lot.
We all have one similar interest, which is MEDIA! Obviously we are in the media class we are interested in this, but we also have other interest, like competing. I think almost everyone in our class is really excited for STN, the competition in March which we all will compete in!
It's so nice to have so many students in the media class because when push comes to shove, we are all there for each other. Like, for example, if someone maybe forgot an SD card, and they need to film, I garuntee you another student will lend there's to that person. But that's just the light stuff. If one of our classmates was being bullied we would stick up for them, because there not just classmates, but our friends. we may fight with each other, but we always get through it, and have fun after.
One last thing that makes the CKTV Ohana, is that we have lots of bonding time. From car washes, to rummage sales, to the biggest one, the media trip! We have so much time to get to know each other and the likes and dislikes of our friends. Sometimes we get in arguments, and just like in a real family that's what siblings do! But we get through it.
Being in the media class for 3 years I have seen people come and go through this school, and in the media class. Every year new students come in and you make a new friend. Just last week I saw my partner Laura from 6 grade. It was so cool cause she was in the media class a few years ago and we are still friends today. That's all for now! See ya!
